Swim Noosa will signify the beginning of the festival on the 28th of May. Fans can choose to participate in 3.8km, 2km, 1km and 500m distances. Cycle Noosa, on the other hand, will be the main focus on the second day of the festival. Participants can choose between 160km and 85km distances, which travel through the Noosa hinterland and coastal roads. Run Noosa events will take runners past beautiful river scenery and include a half marathon challenge, a 10km run and a 5km fun run or leisurely walk with the family.
On top of these, there will also be a two-day Noosa Sport & Lifestyle Expo plus entertainment will be open in Festival Village and Noosa Heads Lions Park.
